Accessory storage

How to store accessories in a neat yet pretty manner is something that has baffled me since forever. Since a long time now I've been storing my jewelry in small transparent plastic zip pouches, especially the metallic ones to prevent them from deteriorating and losing their sheen. Though it helps me keep them organized, I've always wished for a fancier packaging method.

I stumbled upon these little boxes during the Accessorize sale that was going on last month, and they make the cutest, prettiest little boxes for my jewelry. Wrap your little items in bright, pretty crepe paper and and stack them into these boxes. You can label the boxes if you want to categorize them, to make it more convenient while picking them out.

Moss

Lace, in my opinion, is the most sensual fabric to be designed by mankind.

It's versatility is such, with a little bit of styling, you can carve and mould it into something chic/bohemian/hippie/girlie/casual, anything you want, using little creative twists. I usually team up my lace top with jeans or colored pants and put on some funky bohemian neckpieces to adorn them. I tried something different this time by infusing lace with lace. I wore a low back white lace top with a short, body hugging white lace skirt, using minimal accessories and sticking to only shades of white and golden.

I've been obsessed with skirts off late, especially the kind which are transclucent and made of chiffon. I'm wearing a floral print Forever New skirt here, with uneven hemlines; In my opinion, irregular hemlines or slits(on one or on both sides)only increases the glam quotient of the piece and makes it look efforlessly stylish and flowy. With the sales starting everywhere, grab one if you can as it makes for a wonderful wardrobe investment. :)
